Mike Oldham
Young Adult Director

I am currently serving as pastor at AG Christian Center in Vergennes, VT. Previously I was an assistant pastor at Church of the Rock in St. Albans VT, where for the last five years I was there I worked specifically with youth and young adults in St. Albans as well as throughout VT, engaging in the hard issues of faith in culture, teaching how to live in but not of this world, and developing ways to reach the Mosaic generation.
I have been married for 28 years to Lisa and have four children and two grandchildren and am currently enrolled in Northpoint Bible College finishing my degree in Theology.

Karen Boudreau
Administrative Assistant

Karen graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in 1986 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. After working in the banking industry for seven years, the Lord brought Karen to the District Office as the Bookkeeper in September, 1994. In April of 1997, Karen became the Assistant to the Director of Church Ministries until July 2013 when she became the Administrative Assistant of the office. With her background in Bookkeeping, Karen has become the “Jack of all Trades” in the office, filling in as Bookkeeper and helping out wherever she is needed! In June, 1998, Karen married her husband, Carl, and in May of 2001 they were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Hannah.
A favorite Scripture verse that has helped Karen since she became a Christian is from Psalm 91:1-2: “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.’”

Brenda has been the Bookkeeper here at the District Office since 1999. She graduated with an A.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine. She has also worked with Girls Ministries and has been an active member at Emmanuel Assembly of God in Portland, Maine. In August, 2002, Brenda was blessed to marry her husband, Vinny. She is the mother of two adult children, Michael and Amber, and the proud grandmother of Sofia Lillian – born on Christmas day 2012. She is very thankful for her praying grandmother (Lillian) that never gave up asking, “are you coming to church with me?”! Her favorite motto/scripture: For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
